EYE CAMP

A
free eye screening camp was conducted jointly by NSS Unit 51 and Aravind Eye
Hospital, Tirunelveli at Ilayarasanendal Aranmanai, Ilayarasanendal. The Camp
was inaugurated by our College Secretary Thiru. K. Selvaraj. 25 villagers were diagnosed
with cataract and were taken to Tirunelveli for free surgery was done at
Aravind Eye Hospital in Tilrunelveli. Spectacles were also provided at a
nominal cost. Totally 120 villagers were screened in this Camp.
