World Forest Day was celebrated; as
many as 50 students from Hindu Middle School, Ayyaneri participated in this
celebration. The celebration was inaugurated by Dr. S.Damodharan, Venkateswara
Hospital, Kovilpatti. Dr. S. Krishnasamy, Principal presided over the
function. The students initially took a tour
of the College Botanical Garden as “Green Walk”, in which they were created
awareness about conservation of Flora and Faunas. Later a power point show and
Puppet show was organized to create awareness about Environment.
